Our Quality Assurance

Not every installation requires the same inspections or documentation. That is why we discuss in advance what needs to be inspected, tested and documented.

Depending on the assignment, we carry out or coordinate visual weld inspections, video endoscope inspections, pressure tests and the associated project documentation.

Visual weldinspection

With a visual inspection, we assess the accessible weld on the outside of the pipe. This allows us to identify any defects early, discuss them with the welder or fitter and make the necessary corrections.

Video-endoscopie

When the inside of a pipe or weld needs to be inspected, we use a video endoscope. This allows us to assess the internal finish in areas that cannot be seen from the outside, provided the pipe is accessible for the inspection.

Druktesten

After installation, a pressure test may be part of the project. We determine in advance which section of piping will be tested, which method will be used and which details need to be recorded in the test report. Upon handover, the customer receives a record describing the test and its results.

Accurate Documentation and Certification

Quality assurance depends on being able to demonstrate it. At Wennekes Projects & Installation, we record inspection results, welding certificates and material data in clear handover files. Whether you need specific inspections or a complete quality assurance process for an entire installation, including traceability, feel free to contact us.
